At HauntedStarbucks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your supernatural gear; if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a digital authorization form.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and ensure you receive a drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Await Inspection

  Our team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days of arrival and issue a refund to your original payment method immediately after approval.
